# Letterflow

> Letterflow is a UK-managed service for NHS GP practices: outsourced GP letter coding, clinical coding support, letter backlog clearance and Callflow call handling — working directly inside EMIS, SystmOne and Docman.

Letterflow (Ideoshift Ltd T/A Letterflow) supports primary care with human-led document processing and reception overflow, designed to avoid the over-coding risks of AI-only tools and to fit existing GP workflows.
